Two songs written and recorded
by RUSH have an interesting link,
they were both inspired by writings
other than Neil's. Both are
excellent songs, classics by any
standards. The first is Xanadu
which was inspired by Kubla
Khan by Samuel Taylor Coleridge.
The second is Red
Barchetta which was inspired by
A Nice Morning Drive
by Richard S. Foster.
